Noles to Private Equity in Real Estate

Noles to PERE is a highly selective year-long program for sophomore and junior students interested in Real Estate Private Equity, Real Estate Investment Management, and Real Estate Development preparing them for the rigorous recruiting process and helping them secure internship positions.

The program is run by seniors, alumni, and industry professionals. Students are selected in the fall semester of their sophomore or junior year if they have prior internship experience. These students have the academic time and availability to be hired for a summer internship, which can be converted into a full-time offer after completing a final year/semester of school.
